Our Story

DataRecs was founded in 2025 by Mark McCracken, an engineer and leader with broad experience across full-stack software, data and infrastructure, and Program Management. After experiencing firsthand the challenges of reconciling data across multiple enterprise systems, and manually comparing data and resolving inconsistencies, I created a better way to automate this tedious but important work,to get right to the resolution.

What began as an internal tool to ensure data reconciled across mulitple databases after an ETL, this evolved into a comprehensive platform that addresses the complex data reconciliation needs of enterprises across industries. Today, DataRecs helps companies ensure their critical business data is consistent, accurate, and reliable.
